Painting and decorating services in Bexhill
From seafront flats to family homes in Little Common and Sidley, one experienced decorator handles the whole job, with proper preparation and a clean finish.
Interior painting
Walls, ceilings and stairwells in houses, flats and rentals. Furniture covered, floors protected and every room left clean.
Exterior painting
Render, masonry, fascias and sash windows, prepared and painted to stand up to salt air and Channel weather.
Woodwork and doors
Skirting, doors, frames, banisters and spindles, properly filled, sanded and finished in gloss, satin or eggshell.
Wallpapering
Lining paper, feature walls and full rooms, with old paper stripped and walls prepared before anything goes up.
Ready to sell or let
A fresh, neutral finish across a whole property between tenants, or before photos and viewings.
Shops and offices
Out-of-hours painting for shops, offices and holiday lets, planned around your opening times and bookings.
Paintwork that copes with the coast
Properties along the Bexhill seafront take the full force of the weather. Chris prepares and paints exteriors to stand up to salt and wind, not just to look good on the day.
A Hastings decorator since 1984
Chris Kelly has spent his whole working life with a brush in his hand.
For years that meant subcontracting for some of the bigger firms in the trade, on schools, hotels, offices and new-build housing, where the work is checked and the deadlines don't move. Now Chris works directly for homes, landlords and small businesses across Hastings and St Leonards, so the decorator who comes to look at the job is the one who does it.
No call centres, no hand-offs and no surprises: a clear quote, careful preparation, and a finish that lasts.

Yes, including the town centre, Little Common, Cooden, Collington, Sidley and Pebsham. It is a short drive along the coast from Hastings, well inside the area Chris covers.
Do you charge extra to travel to Bexhill?
Any travel is set out in your written quote, so you know the full price before work starts.
Can you work on older seafront properties?
Yes. Victorian and Edwardian homes, flats and render facing the sea all need careful preparation, and that is where four decades of experience shows.
